How to Cook Lamb Shashlik Kebabs | 28 inch Fire Bowl

In this impromptu video I demonstrate how to cook lamb shashlik kebabs on my 28 inch fire bowl. Ingredients: 600g lamb steak. 1 large red capsicum pepper. 1 large brown onion. 8 cloves of garlic. The juice of one lemon. Olive oil in equal quantity to the lemon juice. 2 teaspoons of dried oregano. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve on a bed of rice or in a pitta bread with salad.
