How to Cook Boneless Chicken and Pineapple Curry

In this video I demonstrate how to cook chicken and pineapple curry using boneless chicken thigh meat. You can also use chicken breast meat for this recipe if you so wish. Ingredients: 700g boneless chicken thigh meat, cut to bite-sized pieces. 2 medium onions. 6 cloves of garlic. A thumb sized piece of fresh ginger. 3 heaped teaspoons of curry powder. Vegetable oil for frying. A scant teaspoon of panch poran. A sprig of curry leaves. 1.5 tablespoons of tomato puree/paste. 400g pineapple chunks. 1 can of creamy coconut milk. 1 chicken stock cube. 3 red bird-eye peppers. 1 teaspoon of garam masala. *** Remember to check the info cards for links.
